To Our Valued Guests,

The health and safety of our guests and team have always been and will continue to be of paramount importance to us. Our team has always taken measures to ensure a clean and welcoming space for groups to play; however, our efforts have been heightened in response to COVID-19. The following precautions are in place:

• Private Games: All bookings will now be PRIVATE ONLY. We strongly recommend that you play only with those you have been in regular contact with.

​

• Room Reset & Facility Sanitization: All props, handles, and surfaces are thoroughly disinfected before and after EVERY room in addition to lobby and bathroom sanitization. We also have a lengthened reset time between rooms to allow for thorough cleaning.

​

• Hand Sanitizing: All team members are practicing proper handwashing per CDC guidelines and guests are asked to do the same before and after games. Hand sanitizer and gloves are also provided for all guests.

​

• Contactless Check-In: Experience easy check-in by signing your waiver on your own phone prior to entering your escape adventure.  

​

• Social Distancing: All team members will wear face coverings and maintain 6-foot distance with guests. 

​

• Rescheduling Flexibility: We ask that any guests displaying symptoms of illness stay home and contact us immediately to reschedule at no charge.

​

We will continue to follow the guidelines provided by the CDC and WHO and monitor all updates. With these measures in place, we are confident that we can continue to provide a fun, clean, and safe entertainment for family, friends, and coworkers during this time!
